By accessing the website, engaging Voltrix Technologies LLC for technical advisory, or contracting our consulting packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind such entity to these provisions. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use of our site and advisory services immediately.

Voltrix Technologies LLC operates exclusively as an independent software architecture, systems engineering, and IT advisory firm. We design backend workflows, evaluate system resilience, and construct technical specifications for digital financial products. Voltrix Technologies LLC is explicitly not a bank, depository institution, payment processor, money transmitter, lender, broker-dealer, or registered investment advisor. We do not hold, transmit, custody, or manage client funds or consumer deposits at any point.

All consulting advisory engagements, architecture evaluations, and engineering milestones are governed by explicit Statements of Work (SOW) or written service agreements. Each agreement defines deliverables, engineering timelines, technical requirements, and fixed package fees. Any requested changes to an active scope require a mutually agreed, written change order before engineering work outside the original parameters begins.

Upon full settlement of all corresponding invoices, clients receive sole ownership of all custom system architecture blueprints, proprietary configuration scripts, and dedicated reports created specifically for their engagement. Voltrix Technologies LLC retains all rights, title, and ownership in its pre-existing methodologies, reusable engineering frameworks, foundational architectural patterns, and internal diagnostic tooling utilized during the advisory process.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voltrix Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, system downtime, or third-party service disruptions. In no event shall our total aggregate liability under any engagement exceed the total advisory fees paid by the client to Voltrix Technologies LLC in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding, dispute resolution, or claim arising under these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
